Memory Journals, New Cut Out Contest, Special Blog Sale

Hi Everyone!
Are you having a great week? I'm kind of late on my post this week, seems like whenever I can't decide what to write about something wonderful comes up to share with you. Pretty amazing right? I sure think so. This week my amazing item relates to a new found Etsy friend, Cindy. She makes the most wonderful memento journals. Cindy recently purchased a couple of CD's from me and she was kind enough to let me preview her completed item. OH MY GOODNESS! is it gorgeous or what? Of course I immediately asked her if I could share it by posting it on my blog. So here it is....

You can find all the wonderful details by visiting Cindy's Blog. Cindy is selling her journals on Etsy, you can find them by visiting her shop or the individual journals If Duckies Were Horses or Peekaboo Lamb . So please take a moment and visit Cindy's blog or shop. I'm sure you'll fall in love with her items.

Ok.. now on to other things.....
I am so pleased with myself.. lol. In the last post, I spoke of a new project I was going to try and golly and be-jeepers I did it! I was so pleased with the result. I can't believe I was intimidated by something that was sooooooo easy! What was it you ask? Well, I can't tell you just yet because it will ruin a Santa surprise. But after Christmas, I'll be sure and share my project.

I'm still plugging along on the New Wedding CD. I just can't seem to get into it although I absolutely adore some of the cards. Maybe it's because my favorite cards are Christmas. I bet you sure couldn't tell that right? Well, I caved in this week and switched over to Christmas for a while and came up with 3 new Cut Outs and here they are for your preview.

Christmas Collection 1

Christmas Collection 2

Christmas Collection 3

I thought I might take a different approach on these and mix and match the card themes. What do you think? Is mix and match or a theme better? Help me decide by leaving a comment and voting on which you prefer. I'll select a random winner who will receive a free cut out. You have until Saturday, Nov 13th, at midnight CST to vote.

At the moment, the new cut outs are only listed on the store web page . To add to the fun I thought I'd run a bogo sale for my blog readers. Buy any cut out from the store web page and get another cut out for free. Just include which free cut out you'd like to receive in the Message to seller area on the Paypal payment. The sale will end at midnight CST on November 13 and is not valid in my ebay or Etsy shops.

That's it for this week. Have a great week, plumb full of smiles!
Peggy

  2. Hi Peggy!! I like the idea of having just themed image sets rather than mix and match. Mainly I would rather have themed because I'm not religious and wouldn't use religious images on my cards.

Thanks for the opportunity to win!

  5. Beautiful card layouts Peggy. I'm a little confused, are these the mix and match ones? I love this idea, not sure which set it is though. It really doesn't matter all of your designs are awesome.
